  1. Smooth and Soothe- try a lotion with salicylic acid to exfoliate dead skin cells for a youthful glow on your face and body.

  2. Glove up- moisturize hands with a heavy cream or lotion and cover with white cotton gloves for a couple hours, or even overnight. This helps trap in moisture and aids in the deeper penetration of the cream.

  3. Lip Care- gently exfoliate lips weekly with a soft damp toothbrush. Apply Vitamin E to protect new smooth lip cells.

  4. Remember your Sunscreen- you still need protection against the harsh UVA and UVB rays even in the cold winter months.
